How to pray for better days

Whether you have a new job, new goals in life, or simply want to pray for better days, ask the Lord for it. Utter a prayer for guidance, and He will be there to guide you along the road of life. God is always there to give you guidance every time you need it. You only need to call His name and say a prayer. Learn to trust the Lord for whatever you do in your work, business, or home. You also need to realize that you should trust Him in bad times.

As what Psalms 25:4­5 says,

He loves you and knows what is best for you, so always utter a better day prayer. Perhaps you are facing some problems right now, and the road may be challenging, but you have Him renew your strength and courage to face another day at the end of the day.
In tough times, you should be closer to Him than ever before. This way, He can guide you and be your source of strength. Be committed to the Lord. According to Psalm 150:1-6,

“God inhabits the praises of His people.”

So, giving thanks and praise to the Lord is an excellent way of showing your gratitude. While it is good to acknowledge that He has power over everything, circumstance, and person, it is also wise to take every opportunity to express to God that without Him we are nothing. Father God in Heaven, I want to thank You that I am able to come boldly before Your throne. Apart from Christ, this could not be. Therefore, I want to spend today focusing on You, lifting Your name high, and making You known. I pray that You give me the strength to take every thought captive today for Your glory. I would ask that Your Spirit guide me and strengthen me. Your Word says that I am to take advantage of every opportunity that comes my way, so I ask that You would give me the eyes to see each one of those opportunities. Allow me, oh Lord, to magnify Your name because You alone are worthy.

For Your glory Oh Lord, I come before You asking that you allow me to image forth Your glory today. I do not seek to make a name for myself, but for You. It is not for my glory, but for Yours. It is not about my fame, but Yours. Today I ask that you would allow me to intentionally seek to honor and glorify you in every single experience and take advance of every single opportunity that You bring my way. Please grant me the strength and the ability to honor You for the whole of my life while it is still called today. It is in the name of Jesus Christ, Your risen Son that I pray, AMEN!

Father, I come before You today asking that You help me be a minister of reconciliation to the world around me. My desire is to honor you for the whole of my life. Therefore, I want to approach each person as an opportunity to be a minister of reconciliation. I want to point people to You and demonstrate that You are the answer to every question that a person can ask. I want my relationship to be so intimately connected to You that those around me will want to have what I have. I want to live my life in such a way that others around me will naturally be drawn to a relationship with You. You are my Lord and Savior and I am here to serve and honor You. May my life be an acceptable offering to You today. In the name of Christ, I pray these things, AMEN.
